Copper is one of the oldest utility metals and is today one of the most widely used non-ferrous metals. A copper profile combines characteristics such as high electrical and thermal conductivity as well as good machining and forming properties with excellent corrosion resistance. Copper profiles can therefore be used in a wide variety of industrial sectors.
We supply copper profiles as semi-finished products from which functional parts can be manufactured with very little effort. Technical solutions based on profiles are becoming increasingly important thanks to their cost-effective production. Our various copper profiles are produced on an extrusion press. We supply profiles offering an up to eight times higher precision than the extrusion standard according to DIN EN 12167 and DIN EN 12165. The degree of precision that we achieve in our production often opens up unprecedented possibilities for rationalisation. Designers and engineers are given so much freedom because they are not tied to the standard specifications. Our copper profiles are often used in the form of flat bars and round tubes in the field of electrical engineering.
A copper profile has a wide range of potential applications. Thanks to its excellent conductivity, copper profiles are used i.a. as chilling panels in electrical engineering. In architecture, copper profiles are sometimes used as façade decorations. The use of extruded copper profiles often opens a wealth of unprecedented possibilities for technology and design.
