IsoProfil develops and supplies precision profiles and system components – on a pre-series basis – using robust production processes for mass production..
At our site in Baar, we develop and plan profile systems for a wide range of different applications. The profiles are then delivered from our warehouse in Muri to the entire Swiss market. This allows us to react quickly and flexibly to customer requirements.
Quality assurance is an important priority for us and we are always guided by the individual wishes of our customers. Possible errors and vulnerabilities are identified at the outset in accordance with the customary quality management guidelines, for example the FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) system, and excluded at the planning and development stage. We regard these regular quality and assurance checks as indispensable in order to guarantee that you receive optimised test values and cost-effective manufacturing of your product.

Every workpiece or component that leaves our company undergoes comprehensive and documented product and quality assurance. On request, all parts are manually checked and optimised in great detail, a service which is of particular benefit for the manufacture of luxury goods. We are currently in the certification process according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 by 3cert. The feedback we receive from our regular surveys of customers and suppliers confirms their satisfaction with our quality.

For us, competence in metal and plastic also means that we have to act responsibly in relation to our environment. We have a fundamental duty to examine the processing and recycling of raw materials at our production facilities from an economic viewpoint. As well as saving resources and costs, this also increases the competitiveness of our customers.
While we use raw materials like steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and plastic, we rely most of all on aluminium. This metal is particularly resistant to corrosion, low in density, easy to process and highly suitable for recycling.
